SHOW CAUSE NOTICE

It is reported against you that you were absented yourself from duties frequently ,and accordingly we have issued you an advisory letters several times ,in recently for our letter dated 18-10-04 you have submitted the explanation stating that "I never absent at any time " but on (4th Term) 10-12-04 and from 17-12-04 to 23-12-04 you were again absconded after taken permission for 2 hrs. from your Department Head. In earlier occasions are also you were absented without leave or intimation, which are as under :

1st set from 01-06-04 to 04-06-04 And 15-06-04,
2nd set from 04-09-04 to 07-09-04,15-09-04 , 20-09-04, 21-09-04 and 30-09-04
3rd set from 01-10-04 to 06-10-04 and on 16-10-04.

Your sudden and unauthorized absence is adversely affecting the work in your department causing considerable hindrance to the normal functioning. Absence from duty is a serious misconduct, which is attracted by Clause 20 (f) of the A.P. Model Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Rules, 1953 and Companies' Model Standing Rules which is incorporating hereunder:
Clause 20 (f) & Clause 22 (g):
Habitual absence without leave - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - etc.,

Now, therefore you are hereby called upon show cause within 24 hrs. as to why a disciplinary action for your habitual absence, which amounts to a major misconduct, should not be taken against you ? Should you fail to submit your explanation within the specified period, it will be presumed that you admit the charges and have no explanation to offer. Accordingly, a disciplinary action as deemed fit will be taken without any further reference to you.
