Pendahuluan
Dalam sesi ini anda akan diajarkan bagaimana membuat sistem pengelolaan karir karyawan, bagaimana membuat talent pool, assessment, training management dan metode-metode lain yang berhubungan dengan sistem karir seperti mendefinisikan competency standard, mapping karyawan, Human Asset Value (HAV), Replacement Table Chart, Role & Competency, career path & rotation, individual career planning (ICP), Individual Development Planning (IDP), Individual Performance Planning (IPP).
