Perquisites Policy (LTA or LTC, Medical, Conveyance, etc., etc.,)5. Leave Policy (both statutory and bargain)6. Promotion Policy7. Termination Policy8. Resignation Policy9. Retirement Policy10. Staff/Labour WelfareSimilarly, the other HODs may frame poloicies such as Marketing, Finance, Stores, Purchase, Logistics, etc.,Once the policies are writen with clear and simple sentences, it is to submitted to the Management Committee. if any, in your Organization, who wil in turn peruse the same and wil send to TOP management for Implementation.If no committees are framed and formed, you may discuss the policy guidelines through PPT presentation and get is approved with the signature of the TOP man/woman of your organization, as a token of acceptance of the policy guidelines framed therein.This will avoid any sensitive issues at a later date.
