can follow some good incentive practice as below
1. 100% attendance bonus say 150/- if he is present 26 days.
2. for every sucessive 6 months 100% attendance after 6 months award
bicycle or any thing and make it on the shop floor.
3. organise health camps.
4. eye camps n provide specs at Co's cost.
these are a few best practice which we have in our organisation.
