Id not, policies will have no policy. The Policies at first emerge HR related areas only. 1. SElection Policy 2. Induction Policy 3. Salary Policy 4. Perquisites Policy (LTA or LTC, Medical, Conveyance, etc., etc.,) 5. Leave Policy (both statutory and bargain) 6. Promotion Policy 7. Termination Policy 8. Resignation Policy 9. Retirement Policy 10. Training Policy 11. Staff/Labour Welfare Similarly, the other HODs may frame poloicies such as Marketing, Finance, Stores, Purchase, Logistics, etc., Once the policies are writen with clear and simple sentences, it is to submitted to the Management Committee. if any, in your Organization, who wil in turn peruse the same and wil send to TOP management for Implementation. If no committees are framed and formed, you may discuss the policy guidelines through PPT presentation and get is approved with the signature of the TOP man/woman of your organization, as a token of acceptance of the policy guidelines framed therein.
