HI, it is a tool or say chart which gives you at a glance of a project, it is monitored on frequent interveral as per the requirement.

You should have factors to be monitored on top and progress to be rendered vertical.

Being in Market Research I have gone lot of it. If you specify the factors and what needs to be monitored I can help on it
